As a member of Amazonโ€™s Technical Support team, youโ€™ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for sellers and customers on our global e-commerce platforms. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of product listings and content integration on Amazon websites. Hereโ€™s what the job entails:

๐Ÿ“ฆ Integrating Seller Content

Youโ€™ll work with standardized templates and internal tools to upload, edit, and manage seller product data on Amazonโ€™s various international websites. Your accuracy and attention to detail will ensure that listings are complete, relevant, and compelling to customers.

๐ŸŒ External Content Integration

Bring value-added external content into the Amazon ecosystem. This includes adapting third-party product information for Amazonโ€™s standards using proprietary tools and processes, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations.

๐Ÿ”ง Fixing & Enhancing Listings

Identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues in product listings, especially those with high customer traffic. You’ll also suggest improvements that enhance product discoverability and increase seller success.

๐Ÿค Supporting Sellers

Work closely with Amazon sellers to understand their listing requirements and challenges. Provide guidance on best practices, assist them in using our tools more effectively, and ensure their products are showcased correctly.

๐Ÿง  Learning and Collaboration

Join forces with the Onboarding team to understand complex seller tools and integration systems. Help sellers navigate these platforms and get up and running with minimal friction.

๐Ÿ“ž Communicate in German

In this multilingual role, youโ€™ll also support German-speaking sellers, making phone calls and sending emails to help resolve issues quickly and effectively. A B2 level of German proficiency is essential.


๐Ÿ“š What Weโ€™re Looking For

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about technology, operations, and customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • โœ… A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • โœ… 0โ€“3 years of experience in a similar or related role
  • โœ… Proficiency in German at B2 level (both spoken and written)
  • โœ… Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • โœ… Competency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • โœ… High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • โœ… Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • โœ… Passion for improving customer and seller experiences
  • โœ… Bonus: Familiarity with XML, SQL, and/or data warehousing technologies
