💼 Your Role in the Team

As part of the Transaction Diligence group, your role will involve:

• 📊 Analyzing Financial Data: Assess data for accuracy, identify anomalies, and perform detailed financial analysis
• 🧾 Understanding Business Drivers: Develop insights into what drives the target business
• 📚 Research and Reporting: Gather and interpret public information and prepare high-quality deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint
• ⚠️ Identifying Key Issues: Highlight potential risks or problems and communicate them clearly to your manager
• 🤝 Client Interaction: Build credibility with clients and targets by representing Deloitte professionally
• 📈 Business Development Support: Contribute to proposals and help with business development initiatives

🎓 Who Can Apply?

This role is perfect for you if you are:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (1st or 2nd attempt preferred)
• Have 0–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Familiar with Indian GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and capable of analyzing large data sets
• Skilled in communication (both written and verbal)
• Possess good commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience with Buy-side/Sell-side Due Diligence is a plus
