About the Role – Operations Associate (VKYC)

As an Operations Associate for the VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) Team, your primary responsibility will be to conduct video KYC for customers, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free verification process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining trust and security while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Video KYC: Handle customer interactions via video calls to complete the KYC verification process.
Ensure Compliance: Follow PhonePe’s defined process guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain Customer Trust: Ensure accuracy in the verification process and assist customers with any concerns.
